- The subject of the public procurement contract is to procure a transportation service and departure. A detailed procurement specification is given in the technical specifications. Transportation and movement of equipment and documentation available to the Ministry of Finance should cover the following types of services -Protecting equipment and documentation with appropriate protection packaging in order to prevent damage to transmitting - providing cardboard boxes in quantity determined by the contracting authority for the documentation that will move - resettlement of equipment and documentationFrom one location to another in the area of the City of Skopje, using hand strollers and platforms, for which the holder of the procurement has to provide. The service involves transferring equipment and documentation from the room where they need to be relocated to the room wherelocate (including loading and unloading) and - transport with freight vehicles (when the load site is away from unloading over 500 meters). The resettlement of equipment and documentation from one location outside the City of Skopje where the regional offices of the Property Office are housed- Legal affairs and treasury offices of the Ministry of Finance, if necessary of the contracting authority.
