- Part 1 claims Glycerol Lowenstein-Jensen or equivalent, part 2 substrates, whales, supplements and calibrators compatible with the Bactec Mgit 960 tuberculosis device or equivalent, Part 3 Immunochromatographic Test Identification of Mycobacterium TuberculosisCulture with Detection of MPB64 Antigen, Part 4 Quantiferon TB Gold Plus-Tube Single Pacient Pack or Equivalent. The set should contain at least 4 tubes for sampling blood with: negative control, TB1 Antigen, TB2 Antigen, Positive (Mitogenous) Control ,, Part 5 Quantiferon TB Gold Elisa Kit orequivalent. ELISA test putty for determining tuberculosis infection. Test Whale should contain all the necessary materials and reagents for the test, including the standard for interferon gamma, part 6 kit reagain for the fluorescent coloring of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
