- NOTE The selected tenderer for part 2 Printed forms must come to the premises of the Contracting Authority and pick up templates from the forms we have before concluding the contract. The subject of the purchase is divisible because it is a matter of purchasing a different type of goods that should be supplies according to the needs of PUC, Water and sewerage, Prilep The contract for public procurement will be for a duration of one year (12 months) or until its value is used but not longer than 365 days. The contracting authority disclaims liability and responsibility in case of incomplete fulfillment of the purchase in accordance with the contract concluded with the selected bidder.
