- Description:
- The contract for the public procurement will be for a duration of one year (12 months) or until its valuable use, but not longer than 365 days. The contracting authority disclaims liability and responsibility in case of incomplete fulfillment of the procurement in accordance the contract concluded with the selected bidder. If the lowest price achieved in the electronic auction is higher than the funds provided by the contracting authority, the Contracting Authority will conclude a contract in the amount of the estimated value according to the Decision on Public purchase if the prices are market, unless he decides otherwise, i.e. he does not make a decision on cancellation if the conditions according to article 114 of the Public Procurement Law are met.
