- A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is given in the calculations (technical specifications) in addition to this tender documentation and the conditions and requirements arising from this tender documentation. The subject of procurement is not divisible to parts as defined in the technical specifications. The bidder may offer one, more or all parts of the subject of procurement. The bidder cannot share the components of the individual part. For each individual part of the subject of the procurement, a separate electronic auction will be carried out through the electronic public procurement system. The subject of the auction will be the total price including all costs and discounts, without VAT on the subject of the public procurement contract. The offered price should include import duties if any, and they should be expressed separately. The public procurement contract will be with duration of 12 (twelve) months.
