It must contain basal medium for cultivating lymphocytes with L-Glutamine, Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), anticoagulant, aminoacids antibiotic,Phytohaemagglutinin (PHA), sodium bicarbonate, hepes, Phenol RED like pH indicator, mitogenic, growth factors, buffering systems, substrates to be sterile packaging not greater than 100 ml and the above substances are validated for cytogenetic analysis.To be finished prepared fluid for growth of lymphocytes from peripheral blood, optimized with RPMI 1640 medium and contain minimally the following supplements: Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), Phytohaemagglutin (PHA), L-Glutamine minimum 300 mg, Sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, PhenolRed that will serve as pH indicators, maximum 100 ml pack, colcemide solution 10 mg/ml in HBSS (Hank's Balnced Salt Solution), sterile, whale with Fish Probs for Del 13Q.
