- SETU Mihajlo Pupin carried out the procedure for awarding the Contract for the public procurement of Services - property insurance for the needs of SETUGS Mihajlo Pupin Skopje, published with announcement number 21456/2025 of 25.11.2025 based on the Decision on the initiation of procedure number 05-777/1 of 25.11.2025, for which a Decision was made to annul the procedure. Namely, the procedure was canceled due to which, after the public opening, it was ascertained that only one offer was submitted, after which, after determining the price of the offer, it was determined that the final offered price exceeds the funds provided by the contracting authority, that is, the final offer is at a price higher than the amount of funds determined in the estimated value of the Decision on public procurement. According to this, the procedure was annulled on the basis of Article 114 paragraph 1 paragraph 2 of the Law on Public Procurement, due to which no acceptable offer was submitted. Due to the protection of property, persons and equipment, the school needs to implement the purchase of property insurance services .
