- For facilities in accordance with the Annual Program for the construction and maintenance of the residential space owned by the Republic of North Macedonia - preparation of complete project documentation required for obtaining the Approval for construction and implementation of the project, i.e. performance of the facility, in accordance with the legal regulations. The project documentation refers to residential and residential-business facilities in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, which will be prepared after concluding an individual contract, according to the needs of the Client. The deadline for the preparation of the complete project documentation for a specific object will be determined additionally when concluding the individual contract, depending on the size and complexity of the object. The project documentation for each facility (location) should be prepared on the basis of the Extract from the DUP, the Project Program, the Elaborate on numerical data, the Elaborate on geomechanical investigative works, the Law on Building and its by-laws, the Law on Housing, the Rulebook on Standards and Norms for the Design of Buildings, the Rulebook on Energy Characteristics of Buildings, the Rulebook on the Content of Projects, project designation, certification method of the project by the responsible persons and the way of using the electronic records and other valid legal regulations related to the subject of the procurement.
