- The subject of the Framework Agreement is a public procurement of services - maintaining and servicing the system for automatic extinguishing and fire and moisture reports. The item covers maintenance and servicing of the automatic extinguishing system and the report of fire and moisture of the building, as well as replacement of spare parts as needed andat the request of the contracting authority. The purchase is not divided into parts. The procurement is not divisible, since it is not possible for the procurement to be divided into parts, ie the service is possible for the technical and economic reason. Detailed specification forThe subject of the procurement is given in addition to the technical specifications. The Framework Agreement with the selected economic operator will be concluded for a specified time, ie for a period of 1 (one) year, counted from the date of conclusion. The Framework Agreement is considered realized after the expiration of the period of 1(one) year or after reaching the maximum total value with VAT included. The Framework Agreement will be concluded on the value of the fixed funds with the public procurement decision, and will be realized in accordance with the accepted single prices depending on the needs of the contractingorgan.
