- The air conditioning system is malfunctioning. The most favorable bidder has the obligation to make an analysis and determine the actual situation on the spot, within 2 days from the conclusion of the Agreement, and to inform the User of the actual situation of the systems in the work rooms and the roof with a separate report of the object. The report should include a list of activities, parts, and materials needed to repair the system. The most favorable bidder has the obligation to carry out the activities for the maintenance of the components that are in the function of air conditioning of the premises without changing the price and in the case of the actual condition to differ from that described in these specifications. The maintenance that should be carried out twice a year (before summer and before winter) includes at least the following activities 1. Cleaning the air filter of the indoor unit 2. Chemical cleaning of the evaporator of the indoor unit with a with antiseptic - bacteriological effect 3. Cleaning of the external unit 4. Control of the overall functionality of the system and all its components 5. Control and correction of key operating parameters (pressure, temperature, power supply, etc.) 6. Change of operation mode (cooling/heating) - for air conditioning systems for business premises. In addition to the regular two-year inspections, maintenance should also include an unlimited number of on-call repairs/servicing when the air conditioning systems are not functioning due to a malfunction.
