- The subject of the Framework Agreement is a public procurement of services - maintaining the video surveillance system. The subject covers the maintenance of the video surveillance system of the building, as well as replacement of spare parts as needed and at the request of the contracting authority. The purchase is not divided into parts. The purchase is not divisible, withGiven the fact that for the technical and economic reason it is not possible for the purchase to be divided into parts, ie it is more than cost -effective and more cost -effective for the service to be performed by an economic operator. A detailed specification for the subject of the procurement is given in addition to the technical specifications. Framework Agreement withThe chosen economic operator will be concluded for a specified time, ie for a period of 1 (one) year, considered from the date of conclusion. The Framework Agreement is considered to be realized after the expiration of the period of 1 (one) year or after reaching the maximum total value with VAT included. FrameworkAgreement will be concluded on the value of the fixed funds with the public procurement decision, and will be realized at the accepted single prices depending on the needs of the contractingorgan.
