- The subject of the procurement should include the following health examinations of employees • "Basic Package" - Standard minimum in accordance with Article 22 paragraph 5 of the Law on Safety and Health at Work ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" No. 92/07 ..... 74/25), hereinafter referred to as the Law. • "ExtendedPackage "Pursuant to Article 22 paragraph 7 of the Law on ORRT. This package, in addition to the standard minimum, includes additional elements of the review (more complex and more expensive services), according to the characteristics of the defined professional disadvantages and hazards of workplace for exposed workers inJoint Stock Company, listed in points 2.3, 5.3, 5.5 and 5.6 of Appendix 5 of the Decree on the Visibility, the manner, the scope and price list of the employees' health examinations ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" No. 60/13 and 168/14), in further text Decree. • "Specific package" - this package,In addition to the standard minimum, it includes specific more complex and more expensive diagnostic procedures and methods, referred to in Article 22 paragraph 7 of the Law on ORDR. This package also includes item 3.4.1, according to the characteristics of the defined professional values and hazards of workplace for exposedWorkers in the joint stock company from Annex 5 of the Decree, as well as additional elements of the review. • "Employees who have access and handle an official firearm", which besides the "Standard Minimum" package of Article 22, paragraph 5 of the Law on ORRP ...
