- Health examinations for employees in JSC for construction and management of residential premises and business premises of importance for the Republic of Skopje - Directorate and all organizational parts consisting of Subsidiaries (PO) and Work Units (RE), according to the description and quantities given in the Technical Specification, for period of 2 (two) years. The subject of procurement should include the following mandatory health examinations of employees • "Basic package" - standard minimum in accordance with Article 22 paragraph 5 of the Law on Safety and Health at Work ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" No. 92/07.....74/25), in further text Law on OSH. • "Extended package" in accordance with article 22 paragraph 7 of the Law on OSH. With this package, in addition to the standard minimum, additional elements of the examination (more complex and more expensive services) are included, according to the characteristics of the defined occupational hazards and dangers of the workplace for exposed workers in the joint-stock company, specified in points 2.3, 5.3, 5.5 and 5.6 of Appendix number 5 of the Decree on the type, method, scope and price list of health examinations of employees ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" no. 60/13 and 168/14), in further text Decree, which also includes "Employees who have access to and handle official firearms", for whom, in addition to the "standard minimum" package from Article 22 paragraph 5 of the Law on OSH, a psychiatric and psychological examination will be included, in accordance with Article 22 paragraph 6 of the Law on OSH ("Official Gazette of the Republic M...
