The contents of the bids remains confidential everything Until the contracting authority notifies the bidders of the electorate - after the opening of the bids within the set deadline, an e -auction will not be implemented, after which the selection will be made as the most popular offer based on the criterion for the lowest price. - The contracting authority grants each contract for public procurement of the economic operator who submitted the best offer, a new reduced offer, based on the criteria for selecting the most favorable bid set out in the Framework Agreement and - the contracting authority is obliged to submit the decision to select or annul the procedure for re -collection Offers to all economic operators in the Framework Agreement, - individual agreements will be awarded in accordance with the terms of the Framework Agreement.
